SPETCOM Construction & Investment was established to address the growing need for integrated, reliable, and sustainable construction and electrical solutions. Built on strong engineering expertise, SPETCOM expanded from project execution into a digital marketplace (SPETCOM Market) that connects property owners with contractors, engineers, and suppliers in one transparent platform. Today, SPETCOM combines on-ground execution with digital services to improve efficiency, quality, and trust in the construction sector.
Engineer Mokhles Zeyada is the founder and CEO of SPETCOM Construction & Investment. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Birzeit University and has extensive experience in renewable energy, electrical systems design, and smart construction solutions. Mokhles has led innovative projects in Palestine, developed microgrid simulation models, created smart home courses, and collaborated with major local companies on renewable energy initiatives before founding SPETCOM in 2024.
