Company History
SPETCOM Construction and Investment, founded in 2024, provides complete construction and maintenance services in general contracting, energy, and electrical fields. We handle excavation, concrete, reconstruction, interiors, and electrical/mechanical maintenance, delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions that drive efficiency and innovation in construction and renewable energy.
Mokhles Zeyada, an electrical engineer from Birzeit University, has extensive experience in energy production and distribution. He won the Palestine Innovation and Excellence Award in 2019 for his technical solutions in water and energy. He developed a microgrid model for Birzeit University in 2020 and designed a smart home course in 2021. With training in project management and innovation, he founded SPETCOM Construction and Investment in 2024 to deliver innovative engineering solutions in Palestine.
